Cleansing your lashes right before your appointment will remove any excess oils that could potentially create a barrier between your natural lashes and the adhesive causing your lashes not to stick properly. 

Think about it, you wouldn’t apply hair extensions or install a wig without your hair being shampooed right? Same goes for lashes.
