Booking Policy:

Late Arrivals:

Going forward we will be giving all clients a 15 min grace period.

After 15 mins if I can still take your appointment, it will be a $10 late fee.

If  I  have an appointment scheduled after yours, I will do my best to complete your service within the booked time frame.


Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid late cancellation fees. Late cancellations will result in a 50% service charge. From that point you have 1 week to apply that amount towards a rescheduled appointment. If the week has passed and you have not rescheduled the amount is forfeited. While late cancellations aren't always ideal, at least we can attempt to fill the spot.


No call no shows :

No call no shows will result in 100% service charge (total amount of scheduled appointment) and potentially being banned from booking in the future.


Please use a valid card on file when booking. Charge backs and/or refusal to pay fees will result in being permanently banned.
